1, ordinary cold-rolled sheet sppcc. A sppcc is a steel plate rolled through a cold rolling mill. No protection of the sppcc, ostensibly. When exposed to air, it is easily oxidized, especially in humid environments, where oxidation accelerates and the appearance of dark red rust. The surface of the precision sheet metal chassis enclosure shall be painted, electroplated or otherwise protected during machining.
2, the stainless steel sus304. One of the widely used stainless steels has better corrosion and heat resistance than chromium-containing steel due to its nickel content. It has very good mechanical properties, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon, no elasticity.
3, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet sgcc. Hot dip galvanized steel coil (hot dip placed steel coil) refers to the semi-finished product after hot rolling, pickling or cold rolling, after cleaning, annealing, immersed in a molten zinc bath with a temperature of about 460℃, coated with zinc layer on the steel plate, and then after quenching, tempering, leveling and chemical treatment. The sgcc material has harder materials, poor ductility (avoid deep flushing design), thick zinc layer and poor soldability.
4, the stainless steel sus301. Chromium content is less than sus304 and poor corrosion resistance. However, after cold processing, good tension and hardness can be obtained during stamping, and have good elasticity. It is mainly used for spring plate spring and electromagnetic interference protection.
5. Galvanized steel plate. After degreasing, pickling, electroplating and various post-processing processes on the continuous electrogalvanized production line, the precision sheet metal case shell became an electrogalvanized product. The secc not only has the mechanical properties and similar processing properties of the ordinary cold-rolled steel sheet, but also has excellent corrosion resistance and decorative appearance.
