Extrusion process

It can simulate the extrusion process, quickly calculate the material flow in the mold cavity, predict the forming defects and the changes of temperature field, stress-strain and material flow rate in the extrusion process, and evaluate the extrusion die design.

Spinning Process

CAE technology can simulate complex motion tracks, so as to simulate and analyze various spinning processes such as ordinary stretch spinning, strong spinning and shrinkage spinning, accurately predict the shape of formed parts, stress-strain distribution, and forming defects, so as to optimize the process parameters such as tool rotation speed, feed depth, and rolling tool size.
